An Abilene mother whose children were wondering the streets has been indicted.

Summer Raine Helvey's two toddlers were found by a passerby wondering the streets, dirty and one of them nude last September.

According to the passerby, one was almost hit by a car.

Helvey left the home with the kids in the care of Frank Rodirques who was asleep when the Toddlers left the house.

He got a 90 day jail sentence last November on the same charge of endangering a child.
