Dale Mullins has never worked harder.

He's scrubbing, dusting and shining cars.

It may not seem like the ideal way to spend his final days, but it's the way Mullins will fulfill his dying wish.

"It's hard, but I have this thing that you live by everyday and you can get busy dying or you can chose to fight and i choose to fight for Amanda and Lexie," said Mullins.

The 51 year-old was diagnosed with Leukemia and told he just has six months to a year to live.

"Just wondering what I could have done to deserve this but it's all over now,  I'm not worried about it I have a goal that I have to meet," said Mullins.

His new life goal is making sure his wife and two year old daughter have a place to call home.

"I had to make a choice," said Mullins, "I had to chose either to do this for my family or spend the money on treatment and I chose to give them a home."

"It's unbelievable, there's just really not words for it," said Amanda Mullins, Dale's wife.

So he's opened his own auto detailing business.

He and his wife wash cars from a parking lot so they don't have to pay rent or even maintenance.

All the money can go toward buying their dream home and it's a way to spend every minute they can together.

"You know you don't really see one without the other one, we're always together," said Amanda Mullins.

The past few months haven't been easy.

"You know there's days when he can't even get out of bed," said Amanda.

But looking at his wife and little girl give him the stamina he needs.

"We're so blessed by the love that we have for one another and her family has taken me in like you wouldn't believe," said Dale.

So whether its cleaning windows, or vacuuming floors, Mullins will do whatever it takes.

"I'm going to do my part," he said.

For that final wish.

They say home is where the heart is and that's exactly where he wants to leave his behind.

The Mullins are currently staying in a relatives house in Albany.

The couple was living in Georgia while he was diagnosed, however, Dale decided that they move to West Texas to be near Amanda's family.

He says they'd like to purchase a lot near Amanda's grandmother's home and buy a mobile home to place there.

Perfect Touch Auto Detailing is located on 6600 W. Hwy 180 at the Albany Auto Shop's parking lot.

Well this sure is a sad story to hear.... again. Please, before anyone falls for this, ask him where the $60,000 dollars went that he got from selling his game within Secondlife? Or where the money went that he had earned from that game, by ripping people off, had gone? He bought a house ladies and gents! Only thing is he turned said house into a haunted house, that as well went belly up on him. They hadn't moved to Texas to be closer to Amanda's family; they moved there because of debt collectors repo'ing all their stuff. It's sickening to see they're now bringing little Lexi into their congame.

I'm sorry, but someone RELIABLE, needs to do a background check or something, on this story, I know you can't ask his doctor, but still. He's told so many different stories about dying or being sick for several years, he can't even keep track of who he told what story. He's ripped off several different people, on more than one occasion, claiming he was doing charity events through the game Second LIfe, but kept the proceeds for himself. And for those that still want to fall for this [censored], I hope you don't leave anything valuable in your car.

Before you even get the urge to fall for this"poor man"story might want to check his past in a game called second life where h\this man has been telling he has lil time to live because of cancer and that for 5 years in a row. He ripped off hunderds of people of their money. Played a very devious mindgame with people. He got outed not to long ago after a "theft" or scam he made and runned away with the tail between the legs. Very pathetic that he abuses peoples compassion again to gain income. Dont fall for this conman.

Don't give your hard earned cash to this man HE IS A CROOK! He has been "in end stage cancer" for over 5 years now! Even managed to conceive a child when he claimed to be in the middle of chemotherapy. The last few years he has been living it up with cars and all sorts of fancy toys. One bad business move and it is back to his cancer story. Do not fall for his story like many others have and been burnt by in the past!

Hmm, interesting that he was supposedly also dying of cancer 5 years ago, and how it was a miracle he was still alive, and how he didn't expect he'd be alive to see the birth of his child. Does the con ever end?
