An Abilene man has been indicted on a charge of sexual assault after his victim showed up to the hospital pregnant.

Christopher Fejes was arrested in October of last year when police responded to Hendrick Medical Center after a 17-year-old girl went to the hospital complaining of stomach pain.

It turned out the cause of the pain was a pregnancy.

She told police that the month before that her mother had sent her to the Fejes home to return a book to his mother.

Fejes was there and allegedly raped the girl, who was 16 at the time. Fejes claims he was intoxicated and says he does not remember what took place.

His victim said she did not report it because she did not know who to report it to.
