Got milk? The Texas Holstein show will have plenty of it this weekend at the Taylor County Expo Center.

Over 50 cows are being prepped to compete in the big show which starts Saturday.

We spoke with one of the event organizers who says it's not only fun, but it's also an educational experience for anyone who drinks milk.

"I would love fore the public to come out and be more educated about dairy," says event coordinator Elwyn Ligget, "and learn more about the quality of the product in milk, as well as the care that these animals are given."

The cows will be judged on height, weight, udders and quality of milk.

The event is free for the public at the Griffin Arena at the Expo Center.
