McMurry Public Group Exercise Classes

 McMurry University will soon be hosting public group exercise classes during the Spring 2009 semester.

Interested parties may register upon first visit while classes are running from January 5th to May 1st.

Tickets for class attendance run from $60 for the entire semester, to $30 for 10 visits.

Drop-ins will have to pay $5 per visit.

All classes are held in Hunt PE Center, Room 200.

Low Impact Aerobics


Days: Monday / Wednesday

Time: 5:30pm


Salsa Aerobics


Days: Tuesday / Thursday

Time: 5:30pm


Yoga

Days: Tuesday / Thursday

Time: 6:30pm


Country Swing Couples Only


Day: Wednesday

Time: 6:45


Yoga / Pilates

Days: Tuesday / Thursday

Time:
12pm


Zumba

Days: Wednesday / Friday

Time:
11am


Core Training

Days:
Wednesday / Friday

12pm
