Truckers allegedly wear Mantyhose, but good luck trying to get a confession.

The Mantyhose are not only global but hot.  According to British retailers, the sale of Mantyhose are up.

At Tri Multi Sports, compression socks are pricey and popular.  They're not exactly mantyhose  but something similar used by triathletes and others.  Apparently guys also wear them to prevent chaffing or to keep warm.

When asked if she would ever date a man who wore pantyhose one woman said, “Sure why not? Beats him wearing mine.”
