Brittany Pelletz First at Five Anchor and Reporter
Brittany Pelletz has become one of KRBC's most recognizable faces over the last few years. You've likely seen her anchoring KRBC First at Five with Randy Turner or out on the streets covering all things Abilene.
Pelletz graduated from Barry University located in Miami Shores, Florida in May of 2008. While at Barry, Brittany was captain of her cheerleading squad.Brittany is used to moving around; she has lived in Arizona, Florida, and Massachusetts, and now, the Big Country.
From a young age, Brittany was interviewing friends and family, creating stories from scratch. She has always enjoyed writing and interacting with people. Within all of her social circles, Brittany was "go-to" girl for information.
After interning with the ABC affiliate, WPLG in Miami, Brittany knew that television reporting was the career she wanted to pursue.She waited anxiously, with bags packed,for that long-awaited phone call. When KRBC called, Brittany hopped in her car and headed for Abilene.
