APD: Shoplifting and Assault

 On Wednesday, at about 3:00 P.M., Officer Perkins was dispatched to a theft call in the 1600 block of Highway 351. Officer Perkins contacted the suspect, who was an 18 year old white male. The suspect had taken approximately $340 worth of merchandise without paying for it. The suspect was arrested for Theft.

Later, at about 7:00 P.M., Officer Joeris was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 800 block of Orange. The victim stated his brother, a 47 year old white male, had punched the victim during an argument. The victim did not have a visible injury and a report was worked for Assault/Family Violence.

Finally, at about 7:05 P.M., Officer Bryan was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 2300 block of Bishop. The victim stated a known 34 year old white male punched the victim in the mouth during an argument. A report was worked for Assault.
