APD: Join the Force

 On Tuesday, at about 9:50 P.M., Officer Montgomery was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 200 block of Washington. Officer Montgomery contacted an involved party to the disturbance, who was a 17 year old black male. This subject ran from the location but was caught and arrested for Evading Detention.

This morning, at about 1:20, Officer Burns was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 2100 block of North 7th. The victim stated her boyfriend, a 40 year old hispanic male, slapped her in the face and grabbed her by the neck during an argument. The suspect left the location when the victim called the police. The investigation continues.
