Abilene State of City Address

 Mayor Norm Archibald delivered his second annual State of the City address Thursday morning. The news conference and speech was streamed live on bigcountryhomepage.com.

The address was originally scheduled for Jan. 28, but the city decided to postpone it due to the icy road conditions that day.

The speech will be rebroadcast five times on Channel 7, the city's education and government channel.
