The lack of rainfall over the past few months has put this years wheat crop in jeopardy.

Over two thirds of wheat planted state wide last fall has not yet come up.

Local wheat farmers say they're running out of time to salvage this year's crop.

It costs farmers about one hundred dollars per acre just to plant the wheat.

Crop insurance will assist some families.
