During the investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana and beer and was arrested for both offenses.

Sgt Baird stopped a vehicle in the 3000 block of Pine. The vehicle was driving without headlights and pulled out in front of an ambulance, almost causing a collision. The driver, a 58 year old white female, was intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
