Strong to Severe Storms Possible along the dryline this afternoon and evening. Area roughly along and east of U.S. Highway 277, including the U.S. 183 & 283 Corridor and the I-20 Corridor east of Abilene. *** Today: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 75. Windy, with a south southwest wind 15 to 20 mph increasing to between 25 and 30 mph. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. Tonight: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. Windy, with a west southwest wind between 20 and 30 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 67. West northwest wind 15 to 20 mph decreasing to between 5 and 10 mph. Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 41. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast. Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 73. South wind between 10 and 15 mph. Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 43.
