Victor was born in Abilene in 1972 and has spent most of his life in Abilene and Midland.
Victor graduated from Abilene High School , and then moved to Florida where he attended Valencia Community College in Orlando as well as the South East Museum School of Photography in Daytona.
Moving back to Abilene in 2000, Victor got a job with KTAB in October of 2002. He started out as a photographer and worked his up, becoming a weekend reporter, crime and court reporter, and now anchor of KTAB First at Five.
Victor is married with three children, and his mother lives in Midland.
He enjoys photography, working around his house, and hanging out with his family.
