U.S. Marshals and Texas DPS Troopers can cross one name off their list of Texas's Most Wanted Fugitives.
They tracked down Richard Donny Carrillo at a Midland home Monday night, ending a long search. Carrillo's list of charges includes delivery of cocaine and kidnapping.
Carrillo was spotted Monday evening at a Wal-Mart near I-20 in Midland, and followed to a home where he was arrested two hours later.
Carrillo was arrested in 2004, accused of selling a pound of cocaine to an undercover agent in Odessa.
