Dangerous Intersections

Wrecks have gone down 8% between 2007 and 2008, along with injuries and hit and runs in which both went down over 20%, but during that same time period fatalities related to motor vehicle accidents went up nearly 64%. Buffalo Gap Road and South Danville was responsible for 25 collisions and Southwest Drive and South Danville also had 25 collisions making these, two of the most dangerous intersections in town.
To prepare their students for the more dangerous roadways, A-OK Driving has their students drive through the 10 worst intersections in Abilene with an instructor in the passenger seat.
