Valentine's Day Rush

(Disclaimer: In honor of Valentine's Day, I have decided to create little rhymes and print them in Red, enjoy.)
Roses are red, and flowers are great.
But if you haven't done anything for Valentines Day, it may be too late.
'They [the florist] are pretty busy, they already told me they've had over 500 deliveries," says Chuck Bridda, who was there to buy yellow roses. "I was just hoping they would get it to [my wife] before 5 O'Clock."
Guys like Chuck, were coming in and out of Philpott Florists, today, looking that gift for their special someone. "Well I have to make my wife happy, so she doesn't kill me," admits Bridda,"tomorrow is Valentine's Day and Sunday is her birthday."
All week, Philpott Florists have stayed busy. "Every day has been busy, no one has any time to slack off," says Carrie Blaschke, a florist at the shop. "We've been processing flowers, answering the phones, taking orders, and getting them to our customers."
The shop has even added staffing and vans to stay on top of their deliveries. Of course, the flower of choice is the rose, but that's not the only request Philpott has seen. "We all sell all sorts of colored roses, mixed arrangements and this year plants have been rather popular." She guesses that's because they are unique and longer lasting."
In Chuck's case, he has no choice but to get yellow roses. "Otherwise, she tells me I'm not paying attention to what she likes."
So as the orders stack up, and the vans hit the street.
These guys hope their significant other love their Valentine's treat.
