Knocking their way through the dense brush more than 100 volunteers and police looking for any sign of 5 year-old Haleigh Cummings. Her family just released photos, pointing out the distinctive birthmark on her left cheek.

More than 100 volunteers in Florida are planning to widen their search for a missing five-year-old.

That's after investigators say they uncovered so called "items of interest"during a search on Friday.

Investigators have found what they call "items of interest," but won't describe them and say they are testing them.

"We still believe this to be an abduction there's no reason to believe that its not," said Captain Steve Rose of the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.

Police have now interviewed all of the 44 registered sex offenders within a five-mile radius, searched homes, and are re-interviewing family members.

More than 300 leads all, so far, lead nowhere.

"The world is a suspect, we really haven't excluded anybody," said Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy.

The child described as "happy," and the "cutest little girl you'd ever see," has not been seen-- for four days now.

"It's very sad, very sad. I hope she's found safe. Its just a sad day for everyone to have to come out and do this," said searcher Alan Ives.

Even the grandfather of Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony, who was missing for months, came for this family.

"I think we're gonna have enough people, enough resources, certainly enough dedication and enough heart, so we need a little bit of luck to go along with it," said Equusearch's Tim Miller.

There are just no clues, to lead them to the little girl apparently taken from her bed, so they will keep looking.

Police have also sent a number of items from the home to the crime lab for testing to see whose DNA might be on them.
