Abilene Police are now looking for a white pick-up truck that struck a car in a "hit and run" accident that happened just after 1 o'clock this morning.

A driver in a silver Pontiac Firebird was driving down South 14th Street when a white, older model pick-up truck struck her car.

Witnesses say the pick-up was going northbound on Butternut Street and failed to stop at a flashing red light.

The Pontiac driver suffered minor injuries but was not hospitalized.

Anyone with information should contact the Abilene Police Department.
