 If you've ever seen it, you know how troubling it is; pets who are plagued by offbeat and sometimes bizarre behavior. Owners don't know what's wrong or how to help their beloved four-legged family member so they turn to veterinarians for guidance, only to find that a disorder found in humans is affecting their animals.
