The uncertainty of Wall Street is leaving many dinning tables empty, so local restaurants are revamping their menus for an affordable date night.
Restaurants like Outback Steakhouse have completely redone their menus, offering great deals for affordable prices. "Outback started out 20 years ago as a great place to hang out and as prices rose everywhere else so did ours, making us seem more like an occasion restaurant, but with our new menu were trying to get back to that old feeling," said Outback Proprietor Jeff Hood.
Other restaurants are not lowering their prices, instead their taking off the price completely. The local Red Robin is giving away one childs meal for every adult on a ticket. "Its a great way to help out families with affording a night out and it also gives them some time for family time," says Marlene Dixon, Asst. Manager.
Deals like these are popping up all over town, but many are for a limited time and are subject to change.
