Buffalo Gap Liquor Election Proposed

By: Tim Johnston
Updated: March 2, 2009
The Taylor County Commissioners will listen to a proposal on Tuesday to call a liquor election in Buffalo Gap.

The vote is to allow the sale of mixed drinks.

Buffalo Gap already has an eleven acre area that allows the sale of beer and wine and alcohol for off-premises consumption.

But if the issue is placed on the ballot and is approved, the sale of liquor for on-premises would be allowed in Buffalo Gap.
