Recycling has given new life to the bar at Columbia Café. It may look brand new but it's made with recycled materials.
The granite on top of the bar is recycled granite.
The plexiglass on the front is recycled plexiglass.
The framework on it is recycled steel.
Behind the recycled bar you'll find organic beer.
Not only is it organic, but the bottles are also recycled.
Organic brews are growing in popularity.
Organic beer sales have topped 25-million dollars and the numbers are growing.
These frosty glasses are also part of the bar's "green" focus.
No plastic cups or silverware here.
It's all part of a plan to limit what ends up in the local landfill.
Recycling is also part of the big picture.
It's a business practice that helps pad Columbia Café's bottom line.

It's a thought that rings in the business world.
