APD: Drinking and Dope

 Good morning!!!!! Over the weekend, Officer Cox was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 400 block of North Jefferson. Officer Cox contacted a 46 year old white female in reference to the disturbance. This subject was intoxicated and was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

Officer Cox was also dispatched to a man with a gun call in the 100 block of North Willis. Officer Cox stopped a vehicle leaving the scene. During the investigation, a 30 year old hispanic male was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

On Saturday, March 21st, there will be a clay shoot to benefit phase one of the Safety City building project. This event will be held at Abilene Clay Sports, 1102 Beltway South. If you would like to participate, contact 676-6096 or go to www.abilenepolice.org.
