Since the Warrant Roundup began, the city has cleared 610 cases. That amounts to about $243,000 in fines recouped by the courts. Two of the 610 people arrested have chosen to run from city marshals while being picked up for outstanding warrants.
KRBC reporter Courtnee Hembree caught one of them on camera, Timothy Michael Summers. He owed roughly $800 in fines for traffic violations. Now he's facing up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.
A woman ran from authorities yesterday.
