Blog: Fit Camp Behind the Scenes

By: Laura Kellerman
Updated: March 16, 2009
Kyna just finished six weeks of fit camp at Dyess AFB, called "Keep Movin'."  If you watch the Biggest Loser and you're jealous of the trainers and camaraderie, Fit Camp may be just what you're looking for.

In her blog, Kyna describes each of the trainers, some of the participants, and the what/when/where/how much of the Fit Camp.

Tonight at 10 on KRBC, follow Kyna through her journey and for the rest of the story, check out Kyna's blog, Kyna's Corner.
