Technology has come a long way, and the learning curb can be tough for those who grew up generations ago, but these days it's high-tech gadgets that make healthcare easier for seniors to keep track of.
The Raskins are in their late 70's and had a scare 6 months ago when Lester accidentally took his wife's sleeping pill instead of his cholesterol medication.
Their daughter Robin is a tech expert, and immediately set them up with a talking pill dispenser.
Raskin also entered all her parents medications onto a free website called "Pharmasurveyor."
It shows you risky interactions between drugs.
Generation One has a service that will send you a text message to remind you to take your medication, and there are easy to use phones for seniors with bigger numbers and bright colors.
There's also a GPS tracker for seniors where you can find your loved ones location anytime on your computer.
Brickhouse alert also has motion sensors you can set up throughout the home.
The Raskins say all the high-tech help gives their kids peace of mind and keeps them independent and hopefully living on their own for years to come.
