APD: More Dope Busts

 On Monday, at about 6:11 P.M., Officer Villarreal stopped a vehicle in the 2100 block of Marshall. The driver, a 22 year old white female, had several outstanding warrants for her arrest. During the investigation, the suspect was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. The suspect was arrested for the warrants, for possession of a controlled substance, and for possession of marijuana.

Later, at about 9:15 P.M., Officer Wilson responded to a theft call in the 4300 block of Southwest Drive. The suspect, a 20 year old hispanic male, had taken approximately $20 worth of merchandise without paying for it. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested for both charges.
