APD: Leftover Pot? Still Counts.

 On Monday, at about 4:15 P.M., Officer Wilson responded to a disturbance call at a business in the 1100 block of South 2nd. Officer Wilson contacted a 59 year old white male who was yelling and using racial slurs towards people. The subject was initially arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana.

Later, at about 11:10 P.M., Officer Montgomery responded to a suspicious subject call on West Trail. Officer Montgomery contacted a 29 year old white male who was holding a plastic baggie in his hand which contained marijuana. The subject stated he had just smoked some marijuana in his vehicle and the amount in the baggie was left over. The suspect was arrested for Possession Of Marijuana.
