APD: Pot Galore

 On Tuesday, at about 4:00 P.M., Officer Guitar was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 2000 block of North 5th. Officer Guitar contacted a 22 year old white male who was standing in a front yard yelling obscenities at his ex-girlfriend. The subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was also found to be in possession of a marijuana pipe that resulted in an additional charge of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Later, at about 5:30 P.M., Officer Phillips stopped a vehicle in the 1400 block of South 5th in reference to a trouble with subject call. During the investigation, a 19 year old hispanic male was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested.
