The Democratic National Committee's Rush Limbaugh billboard has arrived in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The billboard says "Americans didn't vote for a Rush to failure".

It's in response to Limbaugh saying he wants the President to fail.

Supporters and opponents of Limbaugh could be seen openly quarreling on the street shortly after the rolling billboard arrived.

West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel accompanied the billboard at the kickoff ceremony.
