I's a difficult day for more than 30 families in southern Texas, who are sorting through the charred remains of their burnt-down homes.

Several families are staying at the fire station in the small town of Lagarto, where dozens of homes were burned down in a fire that, for some time, couldn't be stopped.

The fire started on Thursday afternoon and quickly spread, due to 40-mile-an-hour winds with 80 mile-an-hour gusts.  Lagarto Fire Chief Ron Cole believes a snapped power line is to blame for the destructive fire.
