How many of us get a chance to go fishing with an expert fisherman on the national scene?

In this week's On the Range, Sam Nichols heads to the water with a man from a small town, who's living a big dream.

When you love to fish for bass, you dream of taking part in the Bass Master's Classic.

Small town Brian Schmidt won the national championship which then qualified him for the Classic.

Its was a long road, but Brian made it, and is now living out his dream.

Sam and Brian will be back on the water for next week's on the range.
