Former mayor candidates Guy Barr and Don Spatafora are publicly supporting Ray Armstrong.
They say Armstrong offers the maturity and experience to do the job. Barr says "I have seen our city drop from being fourth largest city to the ninth largest in Louisiana. Why?"

He went on to say he feels it's time for a change in the City of Monroe. Early voting is going on now. Election Day is March 24th.
