Many people think of church as something you attend on a Sunday morning or maybe even a Wednesday night, but there's a group of men committing time to God, early, early in the morning.

Churches all over have done men's prayer breakfasts and here in Abilene, these men at the River of Life are no exception.

They meet every Tuesday morning at 6, for a manly breakfast and time to explore God's word, but more than that, they find a brother-hood and support group.

Randy Roberts leads this group of men each week and says he has found strength in this time, but naturally, the group can run off task and get lost in stories.

That's why Roberts is glad for the guiding hand of pastor David Ray.

While this group has been meeting like this for years, Roberts says this has become a big part of his faith.
