There are lots of restaurants in and around Abilene, but one local restaurant is going above and beyond to teach it's patrons about the art of fine dining.

The 5th annual Buffalo Gap Wine and Food Summit is the chance to have all of your questions answered when it comes to fine dining.
To give area residents a chance to learn the art behind pairing great food with equally great wine, Perini Ranch Steakhouse is bringing in top chefs from around Texas and wine from both Texas and California wineries.
The hope is to educate people on the art of selecting fine food and fine wine, and also in hopes that food lovers will keep coming back for more.
Tickets are still available, but are selling out fast.
