Abilene Philharmonic Announces New Season

The new season for the Abilene Philharmonic was announced today which will include a seven concert series culminating in the first annual collaboration of arts. Along with the traditional Christmas Celebration and piano competition, there will be a special concert paying tribute to our service men and women titled, American Tribute.
The final concert combines the contributions of seven orchestras, along with a visual display of over 100 photos in honor of the life of Ansel Adams.
The collaboration between the Grace Museum and the Center for Contemporary Arts as a part of this project eventually resulted in the Artfully Abilene Art and Culture weekend.
The concert series runs from September 26 through May 1st.
