New research shows laws that prevent minors from buying cigarettes are actually working.
A law passed in the 90's allowed local police to send out 'decoy' shoppers to make sure kids were not buying cigarettes.
Researchers found that states who complied with the new law had a 20 percent reduction in daily smoking among tenth graders.
And experts say add more blueberries to your diet!
It could help fend off obesity, heart disease and diabetes.
Researchers found eating blueberries reduced belly fat, lowered cholesterol and improved insulin sensitivity in lab rats.
The health benefits of blueberries were even better when combined with a low-fat diet like lower body weight and lower total fat mass.
Researchers believe the secret is the large amount of antioxidants in blueberries.
