Winnebago County Republican Chairman Addresses Illinois Ballot Issues

(Rockford) -- WTVO's Mark Stevens interviewed Winnebago County Republican Party Chairman, Jim Thompson, on his thoughts on the problems present with certain Illinois ballots and the counting process.
In several counties, it was discovered that the ballots from a vendor were cut too large to be read by the automated voting machines. To address the problem, the ballots will be counted by hand.
