"Nobody's Waterproof" is a fun, non-threatening campaign in which boaters are encouraged to play it safe on Texas waterways.

It is aimed at younger boaters ranging from age18 to age 34.

Texas Parks and Wildlife say that the program is so successful because of the way they present the material.

For instance, they don't say you can't drink while boating, only that there should be a designated driver and letting people know that drinking water as well will keep boaters from dehydration.

They also advise all boaters to wear life jackets.

"Nobody's Waterproof" has been conducted by the Texas Parks and Wildlife for the past four summers.
