(Monroe) Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo wins re-election, defeating Ray Armstrong.
Mayo wins re-election with 54.2% of the vote.
Mayo claimed 6,591 votes to Armstrong's 5,574.
Voter turnout was 38.1%
This will be Mayo's fourth term.
