Road Test Is Next For Eagles

The Abilene High Eagles are finally playing their 1st road game of the season on Friday night.

Head coach Steve Warren's young team has handled everything the year has thrown at them from many of the players first varsity game, to a game that was rained out, to the the Crosstown Showdown.

That said, they say they can handle a road trip to East Texas.

The 11th ranked Eagles take on the winless Tyler Lee Red Raiders tomorrow night.

Do not be fooled by that 0-2 record. The lose have come to Lufkin and Longview. Both teams are state ranked.

Abilene High and Tyler Lee meet Friday night in Tyler at 7:30.
