Elijah Hudson Leads Albany

The Albany Lion are number 1 in the state and  running back Elijah Hudson is running wild this season.

The Lions back ran over, past, and through the Eastland defense on Friday night for 369 yards and 5 touchdowns in just 21 carries.

Hudson burst onto the scene for head coach Denney Faith last season in the playoffs. He took over the starters roll because of injuries, and ran for 698 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Hudson has 956 yards and 16 scores in just 4 games this season.

Hudson continues the tradition of a strong running game in Albany, and he gives the credit to his offensive line.

#1 Albany continues the 2009 season in Anson this week.
