OSHKOSH, Wis (WFRV) - Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Tom Barrett says Governor Walker does not tell the truth if it doesn't fit his need.

During a campaign stop in Oshkosh, the Milwaukee Mayor told supporters that Walker will say anything to get elected.

Barrett was reacting to a new Department of Workforce Development report that Governor Scott Walker is touting today that claims that Wisconsin added 23, 321 jobs in 2011.

Barrett says with 20 days before the election Walker can't defend the fact that under his leadership Wisconsin has lost more jobs than any other state in this country.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Wisconsin lost 33,900 jobs in 2011.

Barrett says for decades the Federal jobs numbers have been used as an accurate portrayal of the job market, but that Governor Walker has now decided to reject them because of the negative impact.
