The Transit Tax in Washington County hit the courtroom Friday morning.
Earlier this week an injunction was filed by attorneys for Fayetteville resident Coleman Taylor, claiming Tuesday's transit tax vote should be stopped because it was incorrectly sent to the people by the Washington County Quorum Court.
Division Four Circuit Court Judge Chadd Mason heard arguments from both sides. The hearing lasted less than 2 hours. Judge Mason says he will have his written opinion by 5 p.m Friday.
