It's primary day in Kentucky, however, not everyone is expected to get out and vote.

Secretary of State, Allison Lundergan Grimes, predicts around 10 to 12 percent of registered voters will hit the polls.

Many blame the all but decided Presidential Primary, which will land President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney as the Democratic and Republican nominees.

Polls are open from 6a-m to 6 p-m in the Commonwealth.  we'll have all of your state and local results tonight on Eyewitness News.

If you are voting, state officials want you to be on the lookout for election fraud.  If you witness election irregularities, or suspect an election law is being broken, you're encouraged to call the fraud hotline at 800-328-VOTE.  the hotline isn't just for election day, however.  It is available during normal business hours all year.

22 calls came into the hotline in last years general election.
