There's controversy in Lubbock, and for once it doesn't center around Texas Tech head coach Mike Leach.

It's a quarterback controversy. Taylor Potts led the Raiders to a 2 and 2 record in 4 starts.

Steven Sheffield took over after Potts was injured against New Mexico, and has set the world on fire.

In 6 quarters, Sheffield has 780 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's done the job well, and he thinks he should continue to lead the Red Raiders offense.

We will find out when the Raiders take on Nebraska on Saturday. Coach Leach says it will be a game time decision.
