Cotton Wins House District 4 Republican Race

Tom Cotton is the winner of the House District 4 Republican race with 57-percent of the vote.

Beth Anne Rankin came in second with 38-percent and John Cowart was a distant third at five-percent.

Rankin and Cowart both offered Cotton congratulatory phone calls following his Tuesday evening victory.
