The Abilene High Eagles clinched a playoff berth and set up a district championship game with Richland this week.

The Eagles beat Haltom 63-0 to earn that spot.

The Eagles jumped out of the gate with 49 points in the 1st half.

The offense racked up over 500 yards of offense. They found the end zone 9 times, and the defense didn't allow a touchdown for the 3rd time in the last 4 games.

The Eagles go back to the Birdville Athletic Complex to take on Richland this week.

Abilene High can clinch the district title with a win.
