If there was any doubt that Miles Austin was the Cowboys number one receiver, the doublt was likely erased Sunday during a 38-17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Austin caught one of Tony Romos three touchdown passes on the day. This marked the third-straight game Romo didnt toss an interception.
The Cowboys are now tied with the Philadelphia Eagles for the divison lead. The two teams will battle Sunday night on KRBC to decide first place in the NFC East.
Dallas (5-2) won its third straight game Sunday and earned its fourth victory in their last five games. Austin scored for a third straight game, DeMarcus Ware had a sack for a third straight game and Patrick Crayton returned a punt for a touchdown for the second straight week.
Im just glad to see as many people really do as well and play as well as they did today, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said following Sundays game. (Philadelphia) is the kind of game that I think were ready for. ... Plus, I think we all remember so much - I know I do and so many players on this team remember - how we left Philadelphia last year.
The Cowboys and Eagles battle Sunday, November 8, on KRBC starting at 7:15 p.m.
